We offer a 15-day return on every VillaDrip product. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 15 days for a full refund.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Please use a tracked shipping method when sending your return. We cover return shipping costs for defective items.

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We ship from US warehouses with tracking included.

International shipping is not available yet, but it's on our roadmap.

In-stock orders are processed and ship within 1–3 business days from our US warehouses. Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location — exact delivery times are shown at checkout.

For larger items such as the VillaDrip All-in-one Smart Kitchen Sink, delivery may be arranged via curbside. We'll reach out by email to coordinate your delivery window before it arrives.

Every VillaDrip product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything fails through normal use, we'll repair, replace, or refund. Your choice.

Most VillaDrip products use standard US plumbing connections, so DIY installation is possible if you're handy. However, the Smart Sink involves both water and electrical connections. We strongly recommend a licensed plumber (typical job: 1-2 hours).

Every order includes detailed installation instructions and access to video guides. If you have questions before buying, email us. We'll tell you straight what's involved.

Some do, some don't. The Smart Sink, LED mirrors, and sensor faucets need a standard US outlet (110V) within reach of the install location. Manual fixtures (towel bars, traditional faucets) don't need power.
